Do I have to add all my travel days to the Global Pass in advance, or can I do that during the travel days?

When add your journey
You don't have to add anything in advance. The best is to activate your pass on the day you start your trip. I'd only do step 1 and 2 of the activation procedure in advance, but nit step 3 (where you choose the start date).
Also for a travel day, the best is to activate it on the day, by adding your first journey of the day. You are completely flexible and you can delete or add trains during a travel day.
