When does the 2 months start?

Hi, I bought a 2 months pass yesterday, and I entered the pass id in the application to see if everything is fine. BUT the app is showing that the pass has been activated. My question is when does that 2 months start? Has that period already started?! I just added the pass no., and I haven’t completed adding a trip and adding ID number sections.

In the activation process, you have to select the start date.

You can see the validity period in My Pass.

You can deactivate your pass before the validity period starts.

If you haven't selected a start date yet, then contact customer service and also indicate when you start to travel.
