Where in Rail Planner do you delete a journey?

Journeys are saved in your trips. So go to the 'My Trip' part of the app and then select the trip where you've been saving your journeys.
If you press on a journey and keep your finger held down, action options should come up to delete it.

Gå till "Min resa" längst ner (My Trip) när du öppnar appen, och till den namngivna resa du vill ta bort. Tryck på de tre punkterna till höger. Tryck på Delete. Klart!
Definitely does not work for me
This only works for journeys that are on the current day or in the future. Even if the journey is not activated.
