Hello Eurail Support,
My wife’s Eurail Global Pass (Pass reference: ZLPMYZ, 1st class Adult) was activated incorrectly. The 4th travel day was set to 26 August 2025, but in reality she did not use the pass that day. It should have been activated on 27 August 2025 instead.
Now the system shows all 4 travel days as used, but she only traveled 3 days. Could you please check this error and restore one travel day?
