which journeys by train do I have to write down in my ticket, if I don't take the train on a day I still have to write it down & will it then be counted

In the trip report, you only need to write the trains you take.
AND if you have a pass with traveldays obvoiusly you cannot use it every day-in such passes you have tio write the days you use it (do that NOT long advance!!!!) on the fields provided for that on the ticket.
What did you intend to write anyway on days of no-use?
