I wanted a paper pass, and I’ve seen in a few places that some “big” stations actually sell it at the counter. I’ve looked but no luck, is there any way to know which of these stations do ? Currently I live in Prague but I also have family in Switzerland, travel through Germany etc. so many options might work.

In Germany, every DB ticket office sells Interrail passes. In Czechia I'm not sure, but surely in Prague you can buy them. In Switzerland, paper passes are not sold anymore since this year.

The International Ticket desks at Czech Stations sell the pass aswell :)
