Your reservations are separate from you app so there is no connection between them.
Have you activated your pass with tomorrow's date as start date?
Can you post a screen shot of the "Trip" that you have connected to your pass? Remove all personal details.
@2. it has -and never had-own railway, check Lichtenstein-probably the same (trains there-and its even possible to make a tiny inland trip there) are be OeBB.
@1.IT is bad. But you MUST add the trip report to app just before trip is started the latest. Just the REServ is not enough
