Topic - Will existing seat reservations work for cancelled passes replaced with new one?


Query - 

I purchased a 22 days pass and booked seat reservations for certain routes in UK, Norway and France.

There is change in my duration of stay in Europe and need to buy a 2 month pass instead.

Note - 22 days pass is not yet activated.

 

Have two questions -

  1. Can I cancel my 22 days pass and purchase 2 months pass and get full refund?
  2. The seat reservations I made earlier were linked to my 22 days pass. If I cancel this 22 days pass and purchase 2 months pass, what would happen to my existing seat reservations? Will those still be considered or will I have to book the seat reservations again?

    There's no fee if you have the Plus option, or else a €15 exchange fee.
  2. Your seat reservations are not affected and will remain valid.
