Yes, you have to pay extra for that. A year ago, my pass cost about 700 euros, "plus" 25 euros. Not a bad price in that situation.
OR you take the 15% off when reimbursed. It will depend on what pass yoyu want to buy and refund what is more advantageous. Do the math all by yourself. This info is clearly given with this offer.
