Wrong country of residence. What should I do?

I urgently need to change my country of residence as it was incorrect when I purchased the Global pass 1 month. I am due to activate my pass on Wednesday 13th June (in a day). I have contacted customer service multiple times with no answer and am getting nervous. Please could this be flagged.

Hello, it seems like our customer service team finally managed to solve this issue. Just in case other  travelers had the same question: we cannot change a country of residence, we can only rectify a name, date of birth or passport number. The only way to change a country of residence is through a pass exchange. Simply purchase a new pass, and get in touch with us with both order numbers (old and new) so that we can refund the old order.
