My date of birth is wrong by one day on my mobile pass and I need this to be changed, because I’m going to have to use it in 3 days, so on june 1st. I’ve already contacted the costumer service and it’s been over a week. I’ve resent an email yesterday and no response. I’ve tried to contact eurail on facebook saying it’s urgent, but it keeps making me send an email.

It is only Customer Support who can help you to fix this.

That does not help, since people have very different opinions about what that means. You need to specify your start date.
