Hello, I have just noticed that the date of birth is incorrect on my interrail pass which I just bought and I am about to start travelling in one week. I've already tried to contact with the customer service via chatbot and online submissions however there is no reply …Who else should I contact to correct this?

This answer might come too late for you now, but for future reference: If your birthdate was entered incorrectly, you must contact customer service so that an Agent can change it manually. Depending on the conditions of the Pass, you can request a refund and buy a new one with the correct birthdate.
