Hi, I have just noticed that the date of birth is incorrect on my interrail pass and I am due to travel tomorrow. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to contact customer support through Facebook or some other social media and mark your request with Urgent and that you will be travelling tomorrow. 

Do you have a paper pass or a mobile pass?


It’s a mobile pass. I have written to them on all social media but to no avail yet. Thank you :)
