wrong name - cant activate pass

Unfortunately I typed the name of my girlfriend wrong so she cant activate her pass. We actually wanted to travel tomorrow.. is there any chance to get a fast answer of the customer service?

The best way to reach customer service is via this form. Do mention your travel date(s) so they see it's urgent. But I don't know if they work outside of office hours.

Where did you type the name wrong? Was that when ordering the pass? In that case, you could maybe activate the pass using exactly that name (with the error) and then have it corrected by customer service afterwards?
