wrong travel day

Hello, my Name is Andre and I ordered an Interrail Ticket (4 Traveldays in 1 Month). 
I started the trip the 28. of September. But in the App it says that the 27. is my first travelday although I didn‘t book a train that day and I didn‘t choose that day as a travel day. At least not by purpose. Now I have only one travel day left but need to travel another day and I don’t know what to do. Can you please help me? I already did a service request but I didn’t receive an answer yet.
