I bought the pass through another site.I'm currently traveling and would like to make a reservation for a train, but the app doesn't display the reservation button.That's why I want to book through the website instead of the app.However, web reservations require me to have a pass and be logged into my account.So I just created a new account.However, I don't know how to link the newly created account with the pass I purchased on another site and have already started using.How can I connect in this case? Also, how can I make a reservation for the train? I'm sorry if it's hard to read because it was written mainly using a translation app.
Confused about the use of trips. I have a 2 month pass and have created a trip which I intend to share with my wife. However, I intend to make another shorter trip independently; the app has a + feature for multiple trips, but will not allow me to connect the new trip to my pass ( only option is connect to paper pass?). What is going on? Can I create and connect multiple trips in app or not?
Adding travelers to my trip in the interrail.eu website
I recently bought 8 passes in 2 separate orders and I have 2 trips in my account in the interrail.eu website (that were created automatically). (I am NOT using the Rail Planner app) What I want is to merge those 2 trips into 1 so that I can have all 8 travelers in one trip.I tried to do that by adding travelers to one of the trips, but I always get the error “Your Pass cover number doesn't look right”. I have tried there the pass cover number I see on the back of my pass cover, which starts “I” followed by 8 digits. I also tried the order number that starts with “IN”. Both have failed with the same error.My question is: How can I add all the travelers to 1 trip in your website?Can it be that 1 traveler can only be in one trip? For solving this I tried deleting one of the trips but the website does not let me do that :( Can someone help me achieve what I need? Thank you in advance.
Unable to search schedule/add journey to app
Hi, I've been traveling in Europe for about 2 weeks now with a 3 Months Eurail global mobile pass, everything worked fine until last night. I was trying to search for a journey in the rail plannner, but after entering the stations the app keeps getting stuck loading loading the schedule. I am thus currently unable to add any trips or obtain the ticket QR-code. I've tried the following: (a) Using the app both online and offline, both with and without location services enabled(b) force stop the app and clear the cache( c) restart the device(d) Searching for the train journeys under “stations" (this wont even attempt to load anything). All of this produces the same error. My next step would be to clear the app data and/or reinstall the app, but as far as I understand this will remove the pass from the phone entirely. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? I would also have no problem adding my journeys manually, but I haven't found any way to do this without the schedule loading. I'v
Paris to Geneva
I bought 4 days eurail pass and this is my first trip to Europe. When I am trying to reserve seat from Paris to Geneva, it says around £102 for 2 kids and 2 adults. But if I check other website then tickets are cheaper for same route and same train. What is the benefit of eurail pass if reservation takes more money than normal ticket.

Bonjour, J’ai acheté le global pass 3 mois, comme je dois l’activer de suite avant la date d’anniversaire. Pour l’activer, je compte faire un aller retour à Paris - Londres du 1er avril au 3 avril. Est ce je peux utiliser à nouveau le pass par exemple au mois de mai pour faire Paris-Milan ?
Seat reservation EC Bern-Milan - 135eur for 3 passengers???
Dear Community, maybe someone knows… So we need to reserve seats for the EC from Bern to Milan, at least within Italy. When I enter Domodossola-Milano, it is 3 passengers x 12eur = total 36eur. Makes sense ;)When I enter Bern-Milan (since we don’t want to change seats in the middle of the trip) the price is 135eur!! Does that then include the ride itself - we don’t need a SBB ticket to Domodossola? We have half-fare-card and junior card for the child travelling, I believe the ride Bern-Domodossola isn’t worth 99eur. I tried booking just the reservation Bern-Milan via oebb and sbb, neither offers this... Thank you so much!!
Paris to london tickets through rail planner
Hi, I purchased the eurail 5 days in 1 month mobile pass. When I check Paris to London 3-Jun tickets. All tickets from 11am onward do not allow me to book through the pass as there is none available. However in rail planner app, I can assign that day as a day of travel and select a train. It creates a ticket. Does that mean its booked through rail planner and pay the reservation fees in the train?
Reservierung für den Frecciarossa nicht verfügbar - woran liegt das?
Hallo,ich wollte eine Reservierung für den Frecciarossa von Rom nach Florenz vornehmen. Leider wird mir für sämtlche Verbindungen “nicht verfügbar” angezeigt. Auf der Seite von Trenitalia sehe ich, dass sehr wohl noch Plätze frei sind, allerdings kann ich ja hier nicht den Interrail Global Pass als Rabatt eingeben und nur die Reservierung buchen. Warum geht das über die Interrail-Seite nicht, was mache ich falsch?
Cancel return trip booked by mistake
Hi, I booked my return trip, but the day on the pass says today whereas I will be travelling tomorrow. Very strange, as I added it at 4pm with a departure time for 10.30am. I tried to cancel it immediately, but not possible. I contacted interrail via FB messenger and email, but it will take 4 days to get a reply... Anyone having an idea on how to solve this?
Reservation between Biarritz and Amsterdam
Hello guys, my girlfriend and I are currently traveling in Europe with the Interrail pass. Now we want to book our return trip from Biarritz to Amsterfam, because this trip goes via Paris and it is necessary to book in advance. However, we do not know how to do this. Through the app it does not work and through the reservation service does not work either. Could you guys help us with this? Hello the community,I bought a global pass, paper one. But I never received it. I am trying to contact by e-mail, messenger and twitter interrail but I never had any answer.Does anyone has a solution or a phone number to solve this problem?I plan to go in 10 days.Thank you for your help Ludi
Mobile app - not possible to add new journeys
I started travelling today with the interrail mobile app. Although I managed to get it all up and running for the first two legs of the trip, I am having critical issues with the app right now. The problem is that the rail planner does not work anymore: each time I select a departure or destination, the planner resets again so it is impossible to add a new leg to my trip. The FAQ states that it is also possible to add journeys manually, but this option seems to be missing in the app I have (version 19.0.0 om android 10). So in essence it is downright impossible to add any journeys to my pass and thus to get a valid ticket, so I cannot travel any further. How can this be fixed?I also contacted the support via email, but they say they will only answer within 7 days, which I think is pretty long if you are stranded with an app that is not working.

If you travel 1st class (also interrail), you can choose your seat on the TGV, normally.Due to the fact that SNCF no longer makes it possible to book domestic train journeys online in France for Interrail, I (temporarily? ) have the following question:If you contact the call center of SNCB INTERNATIONAL in Belgium, 0.30 euros/min(!) , would they also be able to book the desired seat or not?I think I've done it once, but it took a lot of effort.
Caledonian Sleeper confusion
The Caledonian Sleeper site is contradicting my understanding of night trains and Eurail passes. They write:“Britrail / Inter-Rail / Eurail / FIP Coupons will need to be valid on the date you arrive in your destination but not necessarily on the date you join the train for departures before midnight.”Now, I understand why that might be the case for the trains that depart Edinburgh or Glasgow just before midnight: it’s after midnight CET, and maybe the app logs it in CET time.But I want to use my pass one morning to go from Glasgow to Fort William, explore, then get on the 19:50 departure to London, which arrives around 7am.Can anybody advise?
Mobile pass not valid when scanned
My moblie pass is valid on the travel day (it is shown on my phone), but the barcode scanned by the ticket inspector says the pass only valid for the next day. Why is this?This happens three times in Switzerland since yesterday. Before yesterday, the pass works fine.
Seat reservations for a group
Good evening! This is my current issue: 5 friends of mine and I have booked our Interrail passes within 3 different orders. Now we're having difficulties at booking for our train seats. We've already duplicated the trip in order to join and book altogether but when it comes to the actual booking action (selecting the trains for 6 people ect) it claims to be unavailable. When I book for me and other 3 friends (we've bought our Interrail passes within the same order) it is possible to do that. How can we solve it?

For the Brussels - Vienna direct connection.Is there always a discount if you book together with an Interrail pass?Because if I check a few dates on the OBB website, and look with and without an interrail pass, the price doesn't change at all.If I understand the prices correctly via the following link: https://www.nightjet.com/nl/buchung/tarifinformationen/interrail-eurail-paesse, then I arrive at a reservation price of 14 + 144 + 20 euros = 178 euros.But I see a lot of prices of 229.90 euros for a single deluxe sleeper cabin.Who can give me more information about this?Thank you!
Can't book reservation FRANKFURT - MULHOUSE VILLE on either Interrail or bahn.de
Hey guys, hopefully someone can help me. Together with 2 other students we're trying to reserve seats for our trip to Luzern. The seat resevations from FRANKFURT to MULHOUSE are required, but I'm not able to add them to my cart. When I click the 'Zo kun je deze verbinding boeken’ button and fill in the details on bahn.de, this is the result:The current trip is on the 15th of August, leavin Amsterdam at 9:07 AM and arriving in Luzern at 7:05 PM.Can someone please help, we're totally unsure of what to do.
