We are aware of a recent email you have received mentioning a 6-week expiry for your Passes purchased during the Black Friday promotion.

Please disregard that information, and rest assured your Pass will only expire if not activated by June 1, 2024. There's still plenty of time to take your journey that makes a difference! For more information, please check the Pass conditions at Eurail and Interrail.

Thanks for the quick update ! I’d advise Interrail to send a follow-up email if possible as not everyone is here on this forum.

There are many travellers in different groups that are very upset, so you really need to send out an email ASAP correcting the wrong information.
