Starting November 4th, you’ll only need one account to log in to all Eurail/Interrail services, including the community. To log in, you enter your email address and a password.

 

We need your help

To connect your existing community account with the Eurail account, the email address you used to create it must match the one you used for your Eurail/Interrail account. Therefore, we ask you to check and, if needed, update your e-mail address.

 

I have a community account but no Eurail/Interrail account

Please create a new Eurail/Interrail account. Make sure that you use the same email address as your community account. After this, you can use this new account to login to the community.

 

I have a community account and a Eurail/Interrail account

Please check if the email addresses you entered to create the accounts are the same. If they are, you are fine.

 

If you find that you used two different emails, we ask you to update your Eurail or Interrail account to match the email used for your community account. Please follow these instructions 👇

  1. Login into your account
  1. Click on the downward arrow next to “Hi (name)”
  1. Click “My Account” from the dropdown menu
  1. Click the yellow “Account information” button
  1. Fill in new email address
  1. Click “Save Changes” 

 

You can use this new account to login to the community.

 

How do I know which email address I used to create my community account?

To check which email you used to create your community account, we recommend searching your inbox for Eurail community notifications. Look for any emails from noreply@community.eurail.com in your inbox history.

 

How can I know which email address I used I use to create my Eurail or Interrail account?

  1. Login into your account
  2. Click on the downward arrow next to “Hi (name)”
  3. Click “My Account” from the dropdown menu
  4. Click the yellow “Account information” button

You will now be able to view the email that is associated with this account.

Has this been sent to all, or just to community accounts with no relevant Eurail-accounts on the same e-mail address?

Because laying the burden of structural changes on voluntary forum members is not a good thing to do.

However because of technical limitations we do need our community members to check their accounts before the switch. And we are happy to help them through the process.
