I am trying to book this train for the 10th August Brussels midi 10:56, but is not showing on the Eurail planner, but is on the b-europe site. Does this mean it is not available to pass holders by Eurail, but is it ok to book on b-europe?

It does just mean that the newest timetable update isn't included in the timetables yet, but b-europe does already have it.

No problem to book there, but it should be possible everywhere else soon, too.

BTW: It’s cheaper to book the reservation with raileurope.com (no additional booking fees).
