Seat Reservation done, how to put on planner app?

Hi all, so I've just bought our global Eurail pass and then booked our seats on the Eurostar for early September, London to Amsterdam via b-europe site, but can't work out how to get the booking details on my rail planner, as it doesn't automatically link up, so won't use a travel day. 

Does this matter?

There is no link between the pass and reservations, you have to separately enter the trains you take into the pass.
