I have created 4 travel days in the My Trip page, with the necessary journeys and train times all showing. It has created a map for me. However when I go to the My Pass page it says no journeys added and I cannot see how to add these to this pass.

You can add journeys to your pass from My Trip. Next to each journey, there's a switch to add that journey to your pass. If you tap the switch again, then it will be removed from your pass. If you open a journey, you can add each train to your pass individually.
However, I would not add any journeys to the pass in advance because it will already use your travel days and if you change plans and forget to deactivate a travel day, you will lose it.
I generally only add journeys to my pass minutes before boarding a train.
