If you make a dummy booking and click on a price, you can add the Interrail discount at the next stage to see the final price depending on whether you want a cabin etc. (It’s a discount, not free travel)
You can sail from Patras or Igoumenitsa (and sometimes Corfu) to Venice, Ancona or Bari.
