Train does't show in planner

I am searching Vienna to Krakow and find EC106 at 8:10.  It runs directly from Vienna to Krakow, but the only way it appears in the planner is with 2 changes.  Both OBB and RailEurope show the direct train, and RailEurope says it’s available the pass, and with no seat reservation required.  I guess I can just insert it manually (doesn’t look difficult), but hard to understand why to direct route does not appear.  I have checked multiple dates.  We’ve traveled multiple times with Eurail Global and never encountered this…..any comments?

I see the train currently in 2 parts: Wien Hbf - Chałupki and Chałupki - Przemyśl (via Kraków).

You can add it in 2 parts. Or wait until your travel day and maybe the timetable will then have been updated.

Are you travelling soon?

If ÖBB shows the train then it should run normally.

Adding the train manually does always work fine in such cases.

I had once a similar case on the exact same route. The railplanner showed me the train running only till the boarder while there was a last minute timetable change, which the railplanner didn't picture.

Reservations are AFAIK mandatory, 3€ with ÖBB, but Polish train staff ignored my reservation completely last time...
