Missing e-ticket in reservation email London to Amsterdam


I purchased 4 seats and I only received 3 tickets. It might be because my son and I have the same name.

Is the reservation available for download in the Reservations overview?

If not, contact customer support. Do mention the travel date so they can prioritise correctly.

The reservation is available for download in the reservation overview but the are the same 3 out of 4 tickets.

I reached out to support via the support link, but no answer in two days.

Is there a phone number to talk to a human? My trip is in 10 days.

There is unfortunately no phone number to call.

Did you mention the start date of your travel when you contacted Customer Support?

Did they charged for 4 reservations or 3 reservations?
I had once the error as i had a child under 4 in the group. The child wasn´t charged and had to sit on the laps of the parents because sometimes kids under a certain age (differ from Company to Company) travel for free if they doesn´t require a seat.
