We are trying to reserve a sleeper train online but at the checkout, it marks it as seat. Is there any way to confirm these are indeed sleeper trains?

This is a booking for 2 private sleeper compartments with in total 6 beds/seats for 4 adults so if that is what you want you are fine.
When you enter the train in Luleå the compartments will be seating compartments which you turn into beds when you want to go to sleep.
