We will be 3 days in Prague, Berlin, and Budapest and 2 days in Vienna. I haven’t purchased our Eurail passes yet - are there any day trips from any of these cities that are really worthwhile and might justify adding days to our Eurail passes?

Bratislava is a very quick and worthwhile trip from Vienna. Great old town.
perhaps Dresden or Leipzig from Berlin.
Cesky Krumlov from Prague.
Check prices though. Depending on which pass you are buying, and thus how much an extra day costs, you might just as easily buy a ticket for cash.
