Hello! I wanted to know if the best route to go from Bruges to Strasbourg on October 17 is the one vía Paris. If you have any suggestions I am open to them. Another problem is that the train from Bussels to Paris in this route appears as “sold out” of seats for pass holders. I dont know what is my better option.

What do you mean by "best”? Fastest, cheapest, most scenic, anything else?
You can do it entirely reservation-free via Luxembourg.
Both direct TGVs Brussels-Strasbourg don't have pass holder seats anymore. The pass holder quota on those trains is very limited.
Sorry, by best I mean the fastest. I understand that the fastest is the one that has no seats available. But via Brussels and Marne by TGV I think it is okey and has available seats in 150 days
