Hiya, I’m currently on a gap year and looking to do an inter railing trip from London, through france, Croatia, Italy and others :) but I currently have no travel buddies, so can this site be used to find similar people to travel with?

Unfortunately this site isn’t much of an interrailing community in that sense, 90% of posters just come looking for solutions to their pass/travel/reservation problems and then disappear once they get an answer.
I am normally loathe to suggest the platform but I believe there is a facebook group (probably more than one) which may be busier with that sort of topics.
As always be careful of giving too much personal information online and meeting internet types in person, particularly as a solo traveller.
