Hi, please help me how to get from Sarajevo to Croatia so that we can continue using train to Zagreb. Is there train from Sarajevo to Banja Luka or northern border? Interrail map shows there is, but train webside doesnt?

There are no trains connecting to the Croatian railway network. There is one to Ploče but I don't know the specifics, it's not on your route anyway.
Your best option is to take a bus (Flixbus or any other company) to Zagreb.
The website is not up-to-date, international connections in the Balkans are almost non-existant.
