The train connection Kiato-Piraeus-Kiato doesn't show up in the Interrail App, neither does the courtesy/shuttle bus Patras-Kiato-Patras. Can I use my Global Pass on that route and just add the connections manually under 'My trip'? Thanks a lot in advance! Alois

Indeed add them manually. You do need a reservation for the bus Patra-KIato, which you can get free of charge at a Greek ticket office.
