Hello (from the UK), I’m about to have a gap year and I am looking at getting a 3 month Global Pass (undecided on 2nd/1st class) and looking at doing as much as I can in as many destinations on as many train services (incl. couchettes) as feasible, does anyone have experience with visiting every country on the pass?

You can try to plan a route, I think it's easy to do it if you have enough time and money. You could add a difficulty: do it in as few days as possible.
And, if you are in Switzerland: visit all the 26 cantons in one day.
