Trying to book my next part of my trip from Split to Dubrovnik but unsure on how to book it because you can’t get the train?

Plenty of buses. Your pass isn't valid on any and no discount either. Google is your friend.

Dubrovnik is not rail connected at all so your options are bus or ferry, Flixbus run frequently between the two but there are also other local operators. Journey time 4-5 hours depending on stops, with the new bridge connecting Dubrovnik with the rest of Croatia these should be reliable, not like the absolute nightmare of the double border crossing through Bosnia previously.

Passenger ferries are slower but quite scenic, going via the Islands off the coast.

I’d highly recommend the boat - especially the high speed catamarans of Krilo and TP - if you have the budget.

Much more comfortable than a bus, and stunning views along the coast.
