Is the one-country-interrail pass Switserland valid for the Bernina expresbus? I want to travel from ST Moritz viaTirano to Lugano? I already have the seat-reservations. The express-bus Tirano-Lugano crosses Italy.

Yes, it is valid. It is listed as valid on this map. You will need to make a reservation (CHF 14) for that bus.
