Try couchsurfing hangouts, in Prague will be a lot of people using it. you can also go to hostel bars they are often publicly accessible and full of solo tavellers happy to meet
I am from Prague, but sorry I just left this weekend to visit my family, though I can at least give some recommends as a local 
. Any preference? coffee places, pubs for beer, views…?
