You probably only need reservations in Italy. You can also book those on tickets.oebb.at, also cheaper there. Add the Interrail/Eurail discount for every person and then choose "One-way tickets” (NOT "Seat reservations only”).
If that doesn't work for you, then please mention date and departure time.
