I am trying to book tickets from Amsterdam to Zurich with bicycles, it doesn’t seem to be available on ANY date, is this something that is no longer possible does anyone know? The OBB website does not suggest it has stopped, yet I can’t believe every date for 6 months is fully booked! Have they blocked this option?
hi, should be possible. It should be possible 100% on the seat carriages that run as Intercity. It is the same train, but sleep carriages and couchettes run as Nightjet and the seat carriages as Intercity. Maybe you have to reserve it on the Intercity. If it is possible online, I don’t know.
Here you have information about bikes on ÖBB Nightjet.

That seems to be the case indeed. That means you'll have to book couchette/sleeper and bicycle separately.
Hi
I have same issue!
Am I right in saying that I contact InterCIty (which is owned by Deutsche Bahn) to reserve my bike space, then reserve separately my seat with NightJet?
Thanks all
Rob
Intercity is not a company, but a train type of indeed Deutsche Bahn. As this one is run in collaboration with Dutch railways NS (and ÖBB for the sleeper coaches) these bike reservations can also be obtained from NS on the phone or through an NS International ticket office, but not online: https://support.nsinternational.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12357/
I haven't been able to find out whether these can be obtained from Deutsche Bahn online.
If you want a seat, you'll also be able to reserve it through either NS or DB together with your bike reservation. The NightJet portion of this train only has couchettes and sleeper accomodation, no seats. Note the seats are open-plan seats, and far from ideal for sleeping.
