Are these “OUIGO” trains covered by the eurail pass? If so, How can I make a seat reservation and add to my pass?

Ouigo (Spain/France) is not covered by Interrail/Eurail same applies for Izzy (Paris - Brussels) or Avlo (Spain)

Many national carrier create actual own low cost carrier companies and sadly they are not covered.

@Nanja  maybe it worths a try to include Ouigo,Avlo,Izzy and Ilsa (Trenitalia Highspeed service in Spain)
another question is the new FR Highspeedservice from Paris to Milan included? they just startet to operate.

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers

Thanks for your suggestion. I have passed it on to the product team to explore possibilities there. 

Trenitalia France will be the one operating this route. We are in touch with them about the agreements, but there is no clarity yet. As soon as we know more, we will update you and add the information to our channels.
