Planing Spain to Portugal and Back

Hi, I’m trying to plan a trip from Sevilla to Lisbon to Nazare to Porto and then to Bilbao. Then I would find a way to France after Bilbao. None of these trips seem very straight forward and any travel between Portugal and Spain seems difficult. Is there a best way to get to get to Lisbon from Spain either from Sevilla or elsewhere. And is there a recommended route to get from Porto back into Spain? Any help is appreciated.

There are currently 2 border crossings Portugal-Spain via rail: Porto-Vigo and Entroncamento-Badajoz.

There are also buses from Faro to Sevilla (multiple companies), and probably on more relations. Alternatively, in the south, you can get a train to Vila Real de Santo António (PT), then a ferry to Ayamonte (ES), a bus to Huelva and then a train to Sevilla. Or a bus from Ayamonte directly to Sevilla.
