Puglia FSE Routes In Network or Not?

FSE seems to be owned by/just a regional division of Trenitalia and using trenit app or Trenitalia web site the (many) regional trains and stations in Puglia appear (as do a lot of busses!) but these stations and trains don't appear in railplanner app. Does this mean we have to buy tickets for these routes and can't use our eurail passes?

FSE is not a subsidiary of Trenitalia, but rather both of them are subsidiaries of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane (FS).

Interrail and Eurail are not valid on FSE.
