We are arriving into Roma Termini but need to get to Roma Trastevere. It looks like an easy shot with one train but that does not pop up in the app. Any one know if that train would be included on our Eurail pass or is that a city train that is not included?

Eurail is valid on this line
There are frequent trains (2 to 3 per hour) and it takes about 15 min.
OR use the metro-a single ticket valid 100 mins cost just 1,50 and is valid on all local means of transit-also bus+tram. The stop will also be much closer to the place you stay, I think.
If your party stays a bit in Roma and makes more local trips: search for the touristy tickets.
The app is incomplete for Italy and you have just found another train that is missing. Just add that train manually.
