Travel idea "La Bella Italia". Should I follow the route from the beginning?

Helloo everyone ! I want to travel to Italy and follow the route of the travel idea “La Bella Italia”. So I want to ask you something. Can I visit only the cities Venice, Verona , Milan and Manarola? Or I should follow the route from the beginning ? Hope you understand what I mean:fingers_crossed_tone2:. Thank you !

You can visit any cities you like in any order. You can also change plans. Interrail is quite flexible.
