Travelling through my home country

Hello friends :)

My boyfriend and I want to travel from Strasbourg to Amsterdam (we both have a Global Pass). The problem is that the train connection goes through our home country Germany. Can we take this connection or not?

You can use it with your inbound or outbound journey

 

option.B is to go via France/Belgium to Netherlands for example Paris (Reservation for Thalys applies)

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer.
