If you're currently using the pass, and it expires on 30 May, all travel must be completed by 2359 on 30 May.
Is that what you mean?

If you haven't used the pass yet, and you're saying the ‘activate by’ date is 30 May, then you can activate it on 30 May and use the pass until 29 June.
