I have 4 trips . Should I put all 4 trips in planner or ad one by one when time to travels comes ? IAlso if I have only first trip in planner and activate the pass can I change the time of the train ?

I’m not EU citizen. This time I go to Zermatt and after travel by train to Austria and back to Zurich. Does Eurail global pass covers train to Zermatt from Zurich and back ?
