I have an eurail pass and I would like to reserve a seat for Frankfurt - Prague trip on March 21st at 00:52, but I am no able to find a way to do it? Could you help me with this?

Reservations work from Mannheim and Fulda on tickets.oebb.at. For a seat, you'll need to book EC 459 with the same departure time. I suspect they don't know yet whether they'll serve Frankfurt Hbf on that date. Frankfurt Süd could be used as a replacement in case of engineering works.
