EN 40459 x EC 459: Same train, different carriages. Both covered by interrail?

I have a reservation made on České dráhy on the EC 459 train departing from Basel SBB to Leipzig bhf. I cannot find this train on the interrail planner to add it to my pass. However, the EN 40459 train shows up, which is the same train (different carriages I think). Is there a problem adding the EN40459 to my pass but boarding on the EC 459? Thanks in advance.

No, shouldn’t be a problem. You can always add a train manually too, filling out the specific details.
