I’ve bought two passes in our country’s third party website.
I would like to know that whether should I redeem the passes in one cellphone or we should do it separately?
Because I would like to order our seats together.
and there’s one more question, I can’t quite find the log in place in my rail planner app, is it that I don’t need to log in?

It is recommended to put passes in separate phones, otherwise you won't be able to travel separarely at any point (even if you think it won't happen, just in case).
Seat reservations and passes are totally separate. You can't make them on the app. Either through eurail.com (extra fees) or have a look at these links :
