No reservation possible ! Interrail account not bound with mobile pass

In order to make a train reservation via the internet website, I need to add a traveller but I don't have the pass cover number which is asked. Even when I enter my mobile pass number, I can't add a traveller to the trip.

I won a mobile pass in an internet contest and the only thing I was given was the mobile pass reference. Since I never created an interrail account to buy the pass, my rail planner app and my account are not linked together. I’m supposed to leave next week I feel a bit desperate.

Also the support does not answer on fb or twitter (I know they are busy, but I can’t make it work on my own).
