i got an email yesterday to activate my pass but i activated it a couple months ago. my friend activated it the same time as me but didn´t get the email. maybe the problem is my surname which has the letter č in it which is not an english letter and when i was filling out my name i put the letter c. can someone help?

how do you deactivate it?
The movie on this page should tell you how to do, but basically you need to remove all travel days and when you remove the last travel day you get the question if you want to deactivate the pass.
