Pass (mobile) doesn't appears in the app


Hi, I'm in my second day of a 7-day travel pass. The Rail Planner App is not working, the issue is the same that happend to Tarek here https://community.eurail.com/eurail-interrail-passes-41/mobile-pass-disappeared-completely-771 but his solution it's not working for me. I've sent emails to support but anyone is answering.

 

The mobile pass doesn't shows in the app section and that section requests me to add a pass. When I do the proper steps, the app says me that the mobile pass has been added in this phone and I can check it in the app section. It's a loop: when I go back, the pass stills missing. Any idea?

Get the paper one Guys as the above experience is not isolated, only 2 more Days for App to Hold out?
